Day 101 April 16 Disneyland Tokyo, Japan

This is our sixth port of nine in Japan. Today we went to Disney! It is about an hour’s drive from the port in Yokohama to Disney and we decided to save time and spend money and took a cab. Just easier and quicker.

We did get to see Mt. Fuji from the car so that was cool.

Our first park was Disney Sea. It is huge and has stuff we haven’t seen anywhere before. We only rode two rides and paid for Fast Passes for both. First was Journey to the Center of Earth and the second was Rapunzel’s Festival of the Lantern. They were cool.

Just go to the photo album to see all the pictures are there are way too many to post here.

About 430pm, we took the train from Disney Sea to Disneyland. Oddly, we had to buy a ticket. But the train car was cool with mouse windows and hand holds.

Entry opened for our ticket at 5pm and we were there about 3 hours.

We rode two rides here as well, and paid for one. We rode Belle and Haunted Mansion. It was getting colder and windier as the sun dropped and we seriously considered buying matching hats.

Again, just see all the pictures in our online photo album.

We got bad directions to find the taxi stand so we ended up going inside the Disneyland Tokyo Resort and had the front call a taxi for us. We got a few inside pictures.

When we got in the cab on the ride back, I checked our steps and miles. Yikes!

Tomorrow is a sea day.
