Please see all of our photos from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
We started our day with a 1 hour drive from the port in Klang to Kuala Lumpur where we met our guide. After a breakfast and orientation, we began our day of exploration. Our first stop was a traditional Malaysian house, one of the few still remaining in Kuala Lumpur.

Our next stop was a traditional market. There were produce vendors, spice and sundry stalls, as well as a meat section.

We next drove to the famous Petronas Twin Towers. Not only is there the offices in the towers, there is an upscale mall on the lower floors and even a subway station.

After our visit to the towers, we took the subway 3 stops and walked around the and saw some of the colonial era sites as well as where the original town was founded at the confluence of two rivers. It was odd seeing both the old and new high rises so close together.

We worked our way to the Central Market, which is now filled with restaurants and stores selling all sorts of things from high end cloths and jewelry to junk souvenirs. We had a nice lunch of Laska noodle soup then continued our day visiting a Chinese temple.

We walked down a few streets and found some street art and interesting scenery.

We then we finished our day at a Hindi Buddhist temple.

We returned the ship via another 1 hour drive. Tomorrow we visit Penang Malaysia.
